6. How is the payment dynamics structured When a job order is placed on skeelmart.com?
Cost of jobs are decided by the consultant and an invoice forwarded to the client by skeelmart. Upon acceptance by the client, payment for a job order shall be made in 2 tranches. The first tranche of 50% is made to Skeelmart which is escrowed. The consultant is expected to undertake 50% of the job at that stage. As soon as the consultant completes 50% of the job order, Skeelmart shares same with the client. Upon confirmation of satisfaction with the job, the funds escrowed at Skeelmart are released to the consultant. The client will thereafter is expected to make payment for the second half of the job (second tranche of 50%) which is again escrowed by Skeelmart. When the job is completed 100% and client accepts then the escrowed funds are again released to the consultant.
7. What if I am not satisfied with a job delivered to me by your consultants?
Skeelmart acts as a link between the client and consultant. All payments made by clients are escrowed by Skeelmart and released to the consultant after successful completion of the first or second segment of the job. In case of observations on the work done, the consultants are obliged to make amendments based on the clients specifications or comments. In extreme cases of dis-agreements, a third-party consultant is invited to give an independent opinion which will guide Skeelmart’s decision regarding the issues.
